Notice is hereby given to all members that the EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of SLP Samaj (UK) will be held on 17^th August 2018 to conduct the following business:

1.       Welcome address by Secretary

2.      Receive an explanation and update of Samaj Activities by chairman

3.      Receive update on Samaj Charity registration process.

4.      Approve revised Samaj Constitution.

5.      Discuss any other matter with the permission of the chair.

6.      Vote of Thanks.

1.       Any comments and suggestions about the amendments to the constitution must be received by the Secretary via email by midnight of 16^th August 2018.
